Refund and Exchange Policy

Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind. If you order the wrong size we will gladly exchange for a different size if in stock. Most of our products are true to size, however if you are unsure or between sizes, we recommend you size up.
For orders placed with customisation such as embroidery, please note their is no refund or exchange for change of mind.

All of our items are thoroughly checked for quality prior to shipping, however if an item is faulty a replacement or full refund will be given. All items requiring a refund or exchange need to be returned unworn, in original condition with all tags attached within 14 days of purchase.
There are no exchanges or refunds on items purchased during a sale. Please choose carefully.

Please note that postage for returns/exchanges is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.  We strongly recommend items are sent with tracking information as we will not be held responsible for items lost in the post.

Should your goods be faulty and you require an exchange, please email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will arrange this for you. If at the time of exchange the item is no longer available, we are happy to work with you on an alternative.
